Job Description:

Carrybell Commercial PVT LTD is seeking a talented and motivated UX Designer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts.
3. Information Architecture: Develop site maps and information architecture to ensure effective content organization.
4. User Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
5. UI Design: Collaborate with UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
6. Interaction Design: Define user interactions, transitions, and animations for a seamless user experience.
7. Accessibility: Ensure designs are compliant with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
9. Design Documentation: Create design specifications, style guides, and documentation for development teams.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and UX best practices.

Requirements:

                                                                                                                                                             
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in UX design for software applications.
3. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.
4. Tools: Proficiency in UX design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe
Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Sketch, Zeppelin, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
5. User-Centered: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
6. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex design challenges creatively.
8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and user feedback.
